Yeah, FRP isn't tht good after all...

The toughest task for me now is to guide new prps... to be more exact, guide ONE prp... I dont have problem with this all these while, & I nvr look down prps either cz I also used to be a prp...

BUT...

It can be very scary when ur prp got either one of these problem...


1. Never think logically...

So thr's this prp whr frp asked him/her to fill up the floorstock list (Yup, she mentioned fill up the floorstock items on the list) for one ward & passed the floorstock list to him/her (paiseh to mention sex as well)... like ard 15 items on the list... he/she only filled up one item... after 30mins, boss came back & asked :' y u only fill one item??'

He/She said :' Cz whn u asked me to fill rite, u only pointed on tht item'...

hmm, so next time whn u ask plp to do work, use all ur fingers to point at all items... if more thn 10 items u cn pinjam pembantu's fingers...

Or another incident he/she ask frp: 'Ei, whr to stick the dispensing label ar??' aft 2 days he/she started work in tht department... even if he/she din bring eyes to work the previous 2days, atleast cn thk logically gua...


2. Got no common sense...

So boss asked him/her to check & found DD & make sure all physical stock, bin card & computer system are tally... thr were total of 4 cabinets... so this fella came up with a list written 'semua tak tally'... which is quite impossible cz i just checked last week & all were tally...

U know y??

let say if the morphine injections were placed in 2 cabinets (cz cnt fit all of them into 1 cabinet)... this fella never sum them up one... there were 2 column on his/her report written morphine injection & 'not tally with bin card & computer system' on both columns... but in fact if he/she sum up both quantity that he/she recorded together, it is tally one...

& he/she will ask : 'how to count ar??' whn u ask him/her to count tablet... even my frp adi arrange all tab properly into the triangle tablet counting board adi he/she also ask liddat...


& 1 time ask him/her : what do u know if the item got no. of 'MAL1022359'...
he/she ans me : shld b brand name rite... (I breathe slowly...)
thn next i asked him/her : If tht's brand name, thn what is 'Lantus solostar' behind the code mean??
he/she ans : tht 1 is drug generic name rite... (ok, nvm, teach slowly...)
last I ask : thn what is 'Insulin Glargine' written behind 'lantus solostar' mean??
he/she ans me : tht 1 is MANUFACTURING COMPANY NAME...

Arrrhh... so the note tht i ask him/her to write for me, start from:

1. drug name
2. brand name
3. code
4. manufacturing company

ended up bcum:
1. Lantus solostar
2. MAL123456
3. Insulin glargine

4 columns bcum 3 columns... geng...



3. Need people to zhap shao mei...

So right after he/she took out DDs for other departments & got lotsa empty boxes... guess where he/she throw them ??


jeng jeng jeng jeng....


back into the DD cabinets...

Or everytime teach him/her also say understand but ended up either do wrong, din save or put diff category into diff column...


4. Never mix with people & only think what his/her mother said is correct...

So this fella everyday also ask: Y u choose hospital ?? go KK ma, cz KK juz need to sit thr & got ntg to do at all...

Or: Har, y our salary so low one so not fair... people cincai working outside also got 5 thousands la...

Or maybe whatever u tell him/her, he/she will answer u: who say, my parents said etc etc etc...

& many more... too many I cant re-call...


5. Never walk / stand / speak properly...

So this fella always turn right & left while talking to people... then the hands also moves right & left while talking... like a small kid want mummy to manja liddat...

thr's 1 time my pembantu tak boleh tahan adi... he/she ask: kak, bolehkah....

pembantu answer: U nak minum susu saya ke?? & since tht day pembantu will ask him/her : sudah minum susu ke??' avtime she see him/her...

& thn dispense keep on laughing... til pts beh tahan ask frps to go out & scold them ' u shldnt let him/her dispense to pts cz i thk he/her really nvr respect his/her job...'


6. when he/she cannot differentiate what is joke & what is task...

So when u zhat him/her, he/she will think you are serious... eg:
he/she ask one frp: Y u come to this department 1? u not in OPD meh??...
frp ans: cz I laugh too much boss scold me dunlet me stay thr & kena halau here (with tht kinda expression, obviously tengah zha him/her for being scolded cz laugh too much in opd few days ago)...
he/she ans: U also kena ar... cz tht day boss also scold me always laugh in front of pts... y the boss can liddat blah blah blah...
frp: ............

thn go & spread news to all over the world saying 1 malay frp pregnant adi, bt in fact tht he nvr c tht frp b4 & tht frp oso don't know who he/she is... I asked him/her y said so... he/she said cz he/she terdengar plp mention tht frp's name, thn sthg sthg, thn sthg abt pregnant in canteen...

Or after an old prp adi moved to a new place & start work like for 2 weeks adi, he/she go & tell people tht old frp is coming back to work soon & din come cz on leave... agn, y he/she said so, cz he/she terdengar boss told me sthg abt 'afif is coming back for...' which he cnt listen what is behind the sentence...




So can u imagine my feeling when he/she only come for few weeks & yet all departments adi scare of him/her ??

I cnt imagine whn he/she wardround with doctor, giving counseling & etc etc...

my another frp fren even dreamed of him/her yday nite she zzz... she said inside the dream he/she haunted her til she cried...

So...

FRP ain't tht relax after all...

till then...
