Ok, I thk it's quite safe to write it here... I dont wana let my hospital people know too much of this, especially prps... There was this story I heard from my Boss U48 today...


So our hospital pattern is to oways retain 3 prps each year as new frps... Av year after discuss with some frps & meeting among BOSS, they will send their recommendation list to the JKN & let JKN to decide... BUT, as long as the prps tht they recommended also put Hosp. Serdang as one of their choice, normally they can get back Hosp. Serdang (atleast at this moment all people that they recommended got back the same hosp, which according to my boss, 90% accurate). This is memang the rule all these while...



but this year it's no longer the same...



As u guys know (altho I only know this today after my big boss told me), no matter u r prp or frp, we are all included as U41... so, if the old frps didnt leave, new prp can't go in... same as if the old prps are not leaving, new frps cant go in....


So as u guys know many of us r very unlucky this year kena throw to other states, mostly Pahang, Kelantan, Sabah & Sarawak... so the only chance for me to stay in Selangor is that my hospital retain me... & I was very happy when I was told by my big boss that they just sent 3 recommendation to JKN... & Im one of them... means tht 90% chance of me of getting back Hosp. Serdang (agn, according to my big boss)...


BUT... sthg unusual happened this year... my hosp. decided to extend 3 persons' prp year cz they were not satisfy with their performances... not more not less ngamngam 3 of them... my boss told me now JKN dont wana give my hosp new frps cz hvna wait for these 3 old prps to complete their prp year & leave 1st, thn only they will send the 3 tht they recommended to my hosp.


Im like WHAT?? bcz of the 3 prps...


tht 3 prps oso very very geng 1 lor... got 1 ar, 1st attactment (12mths ago) was clinical... until now he still hvnt let the preceptors sign his logbook for clinical part... hvnt write the case report... smore asked me pinjam my case report to him... how cn I dun help him u tell me... Final research presentation day he took EL... WHO DARE ?? & the night before that only he msged me asked me to send him my research report to have a look... But he is my goodfren so I oways tok alot of good thgs of him in front of frps... but tuhan oso cnt help him this time...


Another case, very pity her actually... was the 1st prps in our batch to start prp year but thk will be the last one to leave my hosp (or mayb bcum frp here who noes)... She failed her forensic exam... like 4times in a role... I really wish she can pass this time... & she need to re-do her research again... cz during final research presentation she kena bomb gao gao... so 6 more weeks in clinical which I can die if this is happen to me...


The 3rd prp, being hardworking & helpful... but oways unlucky... kena shoot alot during presentation & oso need to extend clinical attactment cz preceptors in clinical failed her if m not mistaken...


But for me they were all ok during work, consider hardworking type... (I put bigger font cz I dont wana let plp tot they were those lazy kinda person)... mayb in clinical they have difficulty discuss with preceptors im not sure... & altho our clinical preceptors are all very kind to share their knowledge, they can be quite stingy in giving mark... the highest score is 75 only... which is... ME wtf...


So now...


Im like fight with the time... to move abit slower... they asked me not to send my logbook 1st... wait until the 3 prps finish their prp extended mths thn only I send... but how I noe whn r they going to finish... if they extend 3mths, I need to wait meh... I really dont know what shld I do... any suggestion??


Hmm... high 5 to 3of us that we were in the recommendation list... u now who u are...& the funny part is othr plp in my hosp dont who v are... haha... see, prove tht v dont hvna record avthg into the statistic sheet to show people v r doing work... as long as v r hardworking, they will know...
